We highly encourage family involvement in the provision of home care services for the patient. It is important for family members to understand and be informed of the care procedures, schedules and other necessary details pertaining to the services we offer.
Involving family members also means listening to what they have to say – just as we would listen to the patient. Family members are always welcome to provide their feedback on Pledge Private Duty’s staff and services. We use their input to continually improve on our services. In many ways, their involvement helps us in fine-tuning the care plan to fit the unique requirements of the patient at home.
